Hello!
As you didnt mention your age, type of work and days of suffering we cant get a definite conclusion for your pain. Normally back get strained in the way you stand or sit or it can be degenarated disc or vertebral column or sacroiliac strain. As you mentioned you are suffering since you wake up from the bed. I advice you have heat formentation to the back for 10 minutes daily before going to bed. Consult a Physio For spine rehabilitation and Physiotherapy.

Hello, Low back pain is caused by injury to a muscle (strain) or ligament (sprain). Common causes include improper lifting, poor posture, lack of regular exercise, fracture, ruptured disk, or arthritis.Often, the only symptom is pain in the lower back. Most low back pain goes away on its own in two to four weeks. Physical therapy and pain relievers can help., for muscle strain and sprain. Avoid lifting heavy weight, sit, stand and walk straight, you can do back strengthening exercise to prevent backache, Consult physiotherapist.
