Severe back and leg pain
I'm a 20 year old male sir have been facing severe back pain and leg joint pain for the past 2 days . Little scared if it could be something serious in the bones ?

If you got leg pain with back pain - it might be sciatica. Consult orthopaedic doctor. If only back pain it will settle with physio and back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
