Hello! You need to understand that high BP could be resulting out of anything. There could be an association, there could be general anxiety that gets higher when you see the machine, but how can you tell that your BP increases only when you see the BP machine? You need to first instruct your self that your fear is illogical. Then take some deep breaths before you get your BP checked. Next time you visit a doctor tell the doctor that you have anxiety when you see a bp machine. Doctor will make sure you are relaxed.
