I am 20 years student and hence getting regular therapy is not a very ecconomical option for me. Howe er i tend to get very panicked and anxious about the most minute of symptoms. From normal cough to leg pain, everything appears life threatening or chronic and i fixate on the idea so much that i am nit ableto focus on anything else. I tend to Google all my symptoms.s,and as google has it it always says something very dangerous
The same happens with minute problems as well. For instance, the idea that I might jinx a exam or a internship.
I get restlessand sometimes even minor chest pains and difficulty to breath.
What should I do to tackle this?

Good day my Friend. I can understand your concern. Still recommend you to have atleast one session and help yourself to find the rootcause. Therapy is subjective and it depends on each individual.
Pls go ahead and talk to anyone us and discuss about your problems in detail. Every individual is unique and reasons for each ones emotional disturbance will be different and hence general advice or recommendations will not help.
Feel free to reach me online for further assistance and assessment of your physical and mental symptoms to recommend suitable non medicine alternative solutions.
Be positive. You will be alright soon.
Thanks for reaching out for help. The first thing you would need to stop doing is googling symptoms. Please understand that though you jught want immediate answers to why you are feeling a certain way, almost always what the Internet suggests is the worst case scenario with incomplete information.
Next Steps
Start your day with relaxation exercises like breathing, yoga or some physical activity that will give you the energy boost as well as a sense of target accomplishment. Over time this will help build focus and confidence. Physical manifestations of anxiety and fear are what causes your symptoms. You need to train yourself to set small and practical goals and work towards them to gain confidence that you can succeed.
Health Tips
If you cannot afford regular therapy, I suggest investing in a good self help book that can help you get to where you want to.
