Sever headache and vomitting sensation.
My brother is suffering from Schizophrenia form past 2years and  he's under medication for the same but from past few days he's complaining of sever headache on the one side of his head. He's also having sever vomiting sensation due to which he's not taking any proper diet. Please guide me what should I do to help him out.

Its good that you are seeking help for your brothers problems.actually him having unilateral headache and vomiting mighy indicate migraine and also it needs to be evaluated properly. As it is a known fact that people with schizophrenia have physical problems and are less likely to report the physical problem so need proper evaluation
