Sever hairfall from the last one year

I'm a girl of 25 years and past 1 year i have very thick and dense hairs but after i used one hair color .."amla black mehndi" i'm experience severe hairfall from the last one year i have gone with the good dermatologist prescribed medicine menoxidile hair serum vitamin d yoga all things i have done but no result after that visited other dermatologist also but no result all the test i have performed everything normal in reports now what should i do its about 400-500 hairs i'm loosing each day.
please don't post copy paste answer on my problem i urge genuinely help me otherwise i will be in depression soon

There are many reasons for hairfall or thinning of hair on the scalp. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin. Moreover, you should never self treat with anything.
