This started severly after I had got viral fever wer a typhoid symptoms wer also found(platelet count falling) I had thick hair but now the strength had reduced to hlf almost even on touching or just setting the hair alot of hair comes out from the root nd during hairwash lots I hav even got dandruff. Help!

You seem to have Telogen effluvium which generally lasts fir 3-6 months after any severe illnesses like typhoid or any other for which medications were administered for a long time. Eat nutritious food and wash your hair with Ketoconozole based shampoo weekly thrice. Do not comb or brush frequently . If condition worsens consult dermatologist for better management.
