Serum prolactin 89.53
28f Done serum prolactin it’s 89.53 by CMIA method . Symptoms -Upper back middle back pain since Oct 2020 (left shoulder blade(much when wake up and stretch and when doing work or sitting long and less when lying on bed) Left hand left breast pain and discomfort since 1 year Left head numbness and left eye twitching since 3 months On and off feverish symptoms but temp normal since Aug 2020 Milky discharge from both breasts since a week Medications- respiridone 1 mg used for 12 days Sodium valproate 200 mg twice using since 12 days Clonazepam half using since 12 days Escitalopram using since 12 days Milky discharge we noticed it on 7th day after using these medications before using medications there was no discharge after medications we don’t know when exactly it started but on 7th day we noticed it . Is it due to medications?when asked doc they told it qont cause that soon as I used it only for 7 days. Done MRI back spine which was normal Cbp (haemoglobin normal CRP -9 Esr 23
