Hi there...a serum creatinine value of 1.7 is only slightly above the normal level. There's nothing to worry about it now. If she has any complaints of swelling of face, breathlessness, urinary complaints then consult a general physician. You can also repeat the test next week, along with blood urea nitrogen levels and urine routine. Consult a general physician with the reports for further evaluation.
