Serotonin syndrome
I am taking escitalopram 10 mg in morning and paroaxitine Cr 12.5 at night. Is any  risk of serotonin syndrome as I am feeling very sleepy  after starting escitalopram 10 today in morning .can I continue panex Cr 12.5 as I am taking it from last 6 months or drop escitalopram . doctor prescribed me both drugs for anxiety . please suggest
