Serious pain in right abdomen
On Tuesday, while sitting down at work, I suddenly, randomly got excruciating pain in my right side. It was mostly in my mid and lower abdomen, and sort of numb around my navel. It stopped me in my tracks and when I tried to stand I couldn't. It faded away and hasn't come back since. But when I press on a spot on my lower right abdomen it hurts. Should I see a doctor even though the pain hasn't come back? I've also had some nausea and dizziness but that comes and goes all the time for me.
