Hello, i hardly go out in sun, should i use suncreen at home, can u plz tell me whether sunscreen lotion is applied to ppl who go out in sun as it protects from sunrays, and at home no sunrays so no suncreen?

If ur doctor had prescribed a sunscreen to u , u should apply it regardless if u r going out or not(even at home). Even UV rays from ur mobile and PC devices can cause photosensitivity.
