Sensitive neck and shivers

Asked for Female, 13 Years

I constantly shiver at random points even when it's hot and then I get very cold. I've become really used to it and in a way depend on it. Also the back of my neck is very sensitive so if anyone touches it, my head snaps backwards and I shiver and get cold.
