Sensinureal hearing loss
Sir, my daughter is 11years old and she has been suffering from sensinureal hearing loss last year I knew this thing by PTA test report her right year 68% & left 83% loss but she is speaking and hearing properly I repeated PTA five times but the report is same the doctor has advised her for hearing aid but I am not agreed for device if u have any.

Sensory neural hearing loss results from permanent damage to inner ear nerves which process and carry sound to brain. It most of the times permanent and results due to genetic factors or infections. There is no other treatment other than hearing aids. Since she has some hearing left she should use hearing aids. If not she may develop difficulties in her education and will have social problems. Kindly use hearing aids for her well being
