Semi night shifh
I basically have a semi night shift i mean to say that from 5 to 2 ..i cannot have dinner at 7pm max..what should i do?

As you are not able sleep in night time Toxins may  increase in your body.Try to have more liquid in time. after your office time you need 6-7 hrs sleep.Eat 2-3 servings of fruits/ day.

If early dinners are not doable try to have the meal which is before bed to be light. Include Exercise whenever you get time. Have good fiber I take. Consult me on Practo online consultation for further details.
