Hi my baby is 7 weeks old, there is grumbling sound in her stomach, she starts crying when the sound is strong. She even cries while passing urine and motion. Before passing stools she starts crying and she stops sucking milk. Pls suggest I am giving her colicaid drops.

Please get evaluated by a pediatrician, as that would be the safest & wisest, as in this age group, surgical causes have to be ruled out too. Straining to pass urine & stool is normal for this age of 7 weeks, as they don't have voluntary control over passage of urine & stool: also, better to rule out urine infection as girl baby. Also burp well after feeds, making sure air is audibly expelled. Colicaid drops' use regularly is certainly a bad idea.
