Normally the hemoglobin and RBC count dips at this age. But usually it stays above Hb 10. Please visit a pediatrician for a detailed assessment and check up. Usually nothing to worry about

Hello ma’am, will need more history and details to comment on the same. Vaccination isn’t related per se to the current condition. Also what made you get your baby’s blood work done?
Next Steps
To meet your pediatrician and discuss regarding the same.
Health Tips
Physiological anaemia of infancy is a known phenomenon that occurs as baby grows. If not associated with any risk factors or clinical symptomatology, reassurance along with adequate maternal intake of iron rich nutritious diet is suggested.
hello ma'am, in a 7 week old infant the hemoglobin value is less. It is most likely due to iron deficiency anemia, although a few more tests like iron levels and hemogram are required to be done. The baby can be started on oral iron drops after confirming the same. The findings are very unlikely to be because of vaccination.
Next Steps
Please visit your nearby pediatrician for the tests and examination of the baby
Hi mam
Would be able to comment better if more information regarding if she was a preterm or a term baby, birth weight, any history of NICU stay or jaundice present, any history of injury etc
Hb of 8.5 in a well term baby at 7 weeks is concerning and will need further evaluation.
Next Steps
kindly consult a paediatrician for further evaluation
