Dear doctor
I was in a relationship with this guy for 6 years.He then said i smothered him and broke up.We patched up a couple of times,buti t didnt work.He has been disturbed for quite a while now.He has recently lost his mother and keeps drunk dialing me.He refuses to see a therapist.I really want to help him.What are my options?

U must consult a psychiatrist for medicinal help.Then after he is calm down then consult with a psychologist for counselling sessions.
For him institutional treatment is better ,try to consult psychiatrist in any hospital or nursing home not in private clinic.
