I have tried several sunscreens available online—such as those from Minimalist, The Derma Co and most recently Deconstruct—but unfortunately each of them has led to issues with enlarged pores, comedones, small bumps and acne breakout. I am looking for a sunscreen that will not provoke these reactions, and ideally one that is priced under ₹800. Any recommendation for a suitable product that meets these criteria?

No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
It is great that you are using a sunscreen, which is the first step in treating and preventing a lot of conditions.
All sunscreens do not suit all skin types.
Many options are available
Next Steps
better to get your skin type evaluated and then get a prescription sunscreen
there many criteria for ideal sunscreen
but first we need to find out your skin type
in market many sunscreen are comedogenic
so you have to avoid that
