My father is suffering from knee pain. I heard abt the method Genicular Artery Embolization to reduce pain. Please guide if the said method is effective. It is quite n expensive too like for one knee doctor charges INR 70000. Is this worth paying?

No. Patient won’t be benefitted. I can’t relate genicular artery to knee pain. At 64 he might be having knee arthritis , get treated accordingly .

No.. The procedure which you mentioned will not work in arthritis..it just another commercial gimmick, without any evidence in medical literature.
