I have been diagnosed with, Pre mature overian failure. I am planning for a second baby, I want to embryo adoption, what is the success rate? One or two embryo should I take?

Success rates depend on your age, endometrial preparation method, as well as the age of the egg donor, quality of the embryo and whether day 3 or day 5(blastocyst). Blastocysts have a better conversion rates. As the success depends on multiple variables it’s difficult to quantify. If I were to reduce success to one factor make sure the egg is from a young donor.
