Secondary infertility gynae and obesity

Madam/sir my case is of secondary infertility. I have one baby of age 5yrs 9 mnths. we are trying for 2nd baby from last two yrs. 2 unsuccessful IUI in the month of may and June. p1lease guide me Whether I should go for a laparoscopy first followed by ATT or start ATT treatment first and then go fo laparosopy.As someone said that laparoscopy can flare up tuberclousis so its better to start ATT first
