Your blood sugar and uric acid levels are slightly high, causing new joint pain ,eating better and staying active will lower your blood sugar and uric acid, which will reduce your joint pain and other risks.

You have high uric acid, hba1c and cholesterol. Cut down fatty, sugary food, avoid beer, much of spinach, tomatoes, peas. Repeat tests after 6 to 8 weeks. Take tab Febuxostat 40mg one daily for 2 weeks, to reduce uric acid. Consult a physiotherapist for measures to improve  hip, back pain, joint pain.

It sounds mostly like sciatica. It's better to get imaging and consult an orthopedic surgeon and a neurologist for better treatment.

Your reports are largely acceptable, but there are a few borderline issues: • Uric acid 7.4 mg/dL → mildly elevated (Hyperuricemia) • HbA1c 6.1% → Prediabetes • Lipids: LDL 99, Total cholesterol 200 → borderline but not alarming Your pain (back, hip, ankle, thumb) is more likely due to: • Existing Cerebral Palsy with spasticity • Lumbar Disc Disease (L5–S1) • Possible mechanical strain rather than uric acid alone
Next Steps
• Pain & mobility management: – Physiotherapy (very important) – Muscle relaxants if prescribed • For uric acid (7.4): – No medication needed unless: • Recurrent joint swelling/pain (gout attacks) – Focus on diet first • For HbA1c 6.1: – Lifestyle control (diet + activity) – No diabetes medication needed right now • Spine care: – Avoid prolonged standing/sitting – Lumbar support + guided exercises
Health Tips
• Diet: – Reduce red meat, alcohol (for uric acid) – Control sugar/refined carbs (for prediabetes) • Hydration: – Helps reduce uric acid levels • Exercise: – Low-impact (walking, stretching, physio-based routines) • Weight control is crucial for both spine and metabolic health ⚠️ Red flags: • Sudden severe joint swelling (gout) • Numbness/weakness in legs worsening ⸻
