Hi i have full of dandruff & red color patches on the scalp. while consulted one doctor doctor gave levo citrizine tab & mofacort lotion , coal tarr shampoo
another doctor said dint use them as it contains steroid & coal tar cant be used many days.
he prescribed below
salisia kt shamoo
flucanazone tablets weekly once
candid b lotion 2 times a days
kindly advice which one to use. thick layer of redness is present in scalp . is it curable ? many tild dont use steroids , please advise
