Is it normal to have sebaceous cyst on scrotum for a 22 year man and it's been a year the no of cyst and sizes are increased some times it pops no pain no swelling no allergies

It maybe steatocystoma multiplexa which is a type of cystic lesions and may not be a sebaceous cyst which is a solitary lump. Kindly consult for better diagnosis and management
