Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have a cyst on my cheek from last 3 or 4 years or so. I am 22 years of age. It is growing very slowly and is not painful at all. But it doesn't looks good so I want to take it out. Kindly suggest me to whom I should go for whether to a dermatologist or to a surgeon.
