Sebaceous cyst
I had surgically gotten removed a sebaceous cyst which was infected and inflamed in 2018 . It has somehow reappeared in the same site . Though it is small at the moment but it bit painful when touched . Pics are attached . Kindly refer the treatment which can be taken right now at the quarantine mode .
