Asked for Female, 51 Years

I have localised SebDerm scalp since perimenopause. Now rashes all over that come and go. Polymyalgia for 10 yrs. Taking Montair LC for 6 months. want to know how long can I take Montair LC kid ( I take half tab every alternate day)Should I shift to Allegra? Will the rashes go on their own? My allergy test says I'm allergic to dust and yeast. I avoid caffeine and alcohol and bread. Not diabetic, no BP. Do I have an autoimmune issue? I don't have any stomach problems. My anti TPO antibodies are 700 but TsH is normal 4.56 as of now. My HLA b27 is negative, RH factor -ve. ESR 12. My biggest problem right now is scalp itching, rashes on body that come and go.
