Seasonal white spot on face .

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Every year since my childhood at the time of summer or winter it comes and stays for 3-4 month .. I consulted with doctors before also but it was no use last year even after taking medicine it cures in 3-4 month . Now today also I can see it's starting phase .
