Seasonal viral infection
Hi Doctor, I should i avoid getting viral infection, specially during season change which causes cough,throat infection, cold, running nose, weakness etc.. I usually get this. Very annoying and takes long time to cure. Plz suggest medicine or precaution. Or home remedy. Thank you. ☺

Helloo.. It's better you have more of vitamin c rich food like citrus fruits...you also need to have loads of water...you need to be careful with dust allergy and pollution.. Need to be covered while going out...try these remedies

Hello, viral infection is contagious and most common viral infection is H influenza infection .During winter running nose ,cold , throat infection are symtoms of common cold . Take steam inhalation , avoid cold food items ,cover up yourself ,have warm food items ,avoid ice creams . Drink lots of fluids. Get some rest . Adjust your room's temperature and humidity.This is common children as person grow his immunity develops and person become resistant to all these.
