Sea urchin spine embedded in foot

Asked for Male, 22 Years

While walking in the sea in Italy today I felt a sharp pain on the ball of my foot. I spoke to a pharmacist nearby who told me to dig out the spines. At the hotel I got all but one of the spines out which is too deep for me to remove. I only feel pain in the immediate area after over 7 hours and fly back to the uk on Friday. What should I do?

Take tablet LHist total once at night for 3 days Take tablet voveran 75 mg once in the morning after food. for 3 days Clean the area with dettol antiseptic and wash with warm water apply neosporin powder. Get to a medical facility as you can and get the remaining spine remnant removed. Consult with me online if you face any problems.
