Scrotum Pain
Recently i have pain in right testicle. I have taken antibiotics assuming it as infection. Still pain didn't subside after 2 weeks. I consulted Urologist and he suggested scrotum ultrasound. Report says Right epididymal Cist and Bilateral Varicocele - Grade 1 Does this can be cured through medicine or surgery is required?

What’s size of epididymal cyst? It requires surgery only if it’s large or enlarging in size. Gr 1 varicocele wont require surgery if it’s only pain
