Scrotum Pain

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Recently i have pain in right testicle. I have taken antibiotics assuming it as infection. Still pain didn't subside after 2 weeks. I consulted Urologist and he suggested scrotum ultrasound. Report says Right epididymal Cist and Bilateral Varicocele - Grade 1 Does this can be cured through medicine or surgery is required?

Mostly no surgery is required unless there's a large swelling or features of abscess Exists. For varicocele, surgery is not required
