  4. Scrotum pain. Problem. please advice.

Scrotum pain
Hi, I have pain in my right testicle and leg for last few months. Got USG scrotum and urine test done twice but it is fine and nothing found abnormal. Also feel pain while ejaculation and pain get worsen while wearing tight clothes. Not able to get the right advice and how to diagnose the problem. Please advice.
