Scrotum lumps
I have few lumps on my Scrotum area and below foreskin. There is a smelly white discharge and deposit below the foreskin. Need suggestions on how to get these problems solved.

White discharge can be either be fungal infection or it can be just normal discharge deposition. Need more history and pictures to diagnose the condition
