Scrotum & inner thigh swelling
I had itching over skin since 3 to 4 months on inner thigh & scrotum, & a swelling has appeared since a week. On consulting a gp, I've been started with anti fungal treatment with creams, soap & medicines. After 6 days, pus discharge & minor bleeding is observed so gp did remove pus & applied h2o2 & gave dressing. My swelling has not reduced but itching is gone. Minor pain is still present. Kindly suggest ur opinion.

Fungal infection or ring worm...common in the  skin folds...sweaty areas...seen as itchy, red or black spots mostly circular shape... avoid sweating,  exchange of clothes and soap.. treatment depends on the severity and location of the fungal infection..so do direct online consultation by sending photos or meet me in my clinic for proper diagnosis and treatment.
