Scrotum Dermentities

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Having scortal dermentities from a long time.usee Mometasone cream as it's being storide it supress the condition and after few days it re apprears. By using storide cream from long time my skin become dark and thats leads to storide modified tinea. Now using alovera cream only.but the itching was severe. What could I do? Attached pictures of scortum and affected area.
