Scrotum - Burinf sensatio

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I caught viral fever 2 days back which went upto 104 degrees. It has started to come down today and is below 101 now. However, for some reason my scrotum is itchy and there's a constant burning sensation. Tried applying lotion but of no use. What could this be because of heavy fever. There's no sexual activity
