Scrotom and foreskin

Asked for Male, 20 Years

From about two days ago my scrotum started to itch me i havent had sex in about a month and a half so i dont think it has anything to do with std. so as i began to itch I started to scratch until it felt ok but then the itch came again so i decieded to put a natural herbal lotion to see if it would calm down the itcheness when i woke up the next morning my foreskin was swollen and scrotum was still itch.. what should i do now?? My doctor isn’t available today so what to do
