Scratched scrotum hard
I scratched my scrotum too hard in sleep. I scrapped skin. Burning sensation. 2-3 cm in length. No blood. But stinging pain while walking or sitting. What antiseptic cream shud i use? Will soframycin work?

Yes ofcourse, soframycin will work. Make sure your was it with antiseptic soap and dry before applying. Avoid using tight undergarments.
