The treatment with surgery depends on so many factors. 1) how much is the curve in degree ... if more than 40 degree curve ... must consider surgery 2) wether the skeletal growth is complete or not. In boys it’s generally around 15 years and girls around 14. If 14years girl with more than 40 degree curve u must consider surgery.
