You need to be seen and assessed by an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon to know the actual cause of the problem, is there any other issue driving it and what you want from the treatment. Unfortunately, I will not be able to give you a copy.plete answer unless you are clinically examined.
The scoliosis is not something that has developed recently, but that has been there for sometime.
