Sclerosis lesion in spine from MRI
Last week neuro doctor advised to take MRI as we went with the problem of prolonged giddiness that too daily evening .. attached mri report observation . Can you pl guide if this kind of lesions are normal ? She has got no spinal issues so far . Complete blood count and blood smear report are normal. She is a BP patient for last 20 years and border line diabetic from 2020. She has got vertigo problem also Is this observation serious ? Pl help

There are multiple sclerotic leisons in the vertebrae...this could be because of a tumour present in the body at some where other location...there is also hepatomegaly which is also suggestive of some malignancy/tumour ...please go for a PET CT scan for ruling out any tumour....
