I believe I’m suffering from Bypolar or Scizophrenia. I am abusing alcohol when I feel manic and have been previously diagnosed as GAD. I’ve yet to see a psciatrist, could you help me understand what is happening to me, I’m 24, I’m fatigued and have no energy, in smoking about 40 cigarettes a day and getting blackout drunk regularly. I seem to be deliberately self sabotaging myself which may seem to others like I’m not to clever, however that’s not the case. I’m constantly restless, paranoid.
