Please visit your doctor and tell her that you have developed itching after using the medicines. An allergy can develop to any cream. Try to find out which particular cream is causing the allergy. If it is an allergy due to the cream it will reduce in 2 or 3 days after you stop them. If not it must be another problem. In either case your doctor should be able to help you.
