Sciatica in left side frm buttocks 2 toe

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Sir...iam 33 yrs female..dr said it ll cure on its own if we take proper rest..now iam takin rest for d past 2 months...iam not able to stand r sit r walk for more than 2 mins...because the pain is so horrible n iam under complete bedrest...my ortho gave me some pain killers initially.now stopped.pls suggest d treatment options...
