Schizophrenia treatment
Can I get Guidance on how to deal with a schizophrenic patient of grandiose and percussion, who is not willing to visit a doctor nor allowing any doctor to visit her. She's 70 yes old and leading an isolated life. Getting violent day by day. I'm from Bhubaneswar and ready to take paid advice. Pl. note, entire family is suffering for her hostility and typical schizophrenic behavior.

Yes many psychiatric patients don't agree that they have a problem or visit the doctor. In such cases, we ask the family to show understanding, emotional support, not judge the patient, win patient's trust and coax lovingly to see a doctor.
