Schizophrenia is a long term mental health disorder. Advise you to have patience and follow psychiatrist on regular basis. Apart from medicines, psychotherapy can help if done on regular basis. Lifestyle modification, employment, family support etc can also play a huge role in your ecovery.

Hi , we must understand this disorder is usually chronic with a course encompassing a prodromal phase. Usually treatment includes antipsychotic medication with psycho social treatment such as family , social skills and rehabilitation therapies. Schizophrenia is usually a chronic illness where we cannot decide or predict the date of CURE. It requires long term treatment.The medication can be adjusted based on improvement.
Next Steps
We must be educated to recognize warning sign of relapse like sleep changes, anxiety, or add behaviour.
