Schizophrenia. How to get rid of it?

From 2018 , i hav this problem. i tuk medicine. luramax 80mg 40 mg tablets , invega sustenna injection 6 times , now 3rd time again i was instucted to tak tablet pills. i got illness , mental disorder or depression, fears, anxieties disorders . visual or auditory hallucinations, songs are going or running in my mind with live visuals , am alone always , family , friends , or relations no body in touch. am seperatedly in dream & imaginary worlds , am cheating myself with that. Not working. No income , No hungry feel, or over hungry , its all because of my fathers death in 2015. after that i was became like this. i started to masterbate to forgot my worries. am addicted to that. hairfall. vision problem. yet am not married. am single only. my hands legs are swelling since childhood. chest palpitations are also there. how to overcum from all these ?? i hav a lots of sexual thoughts towards females. love & lusts. how to get rid of it ?? female addiction,
