Have you been prescribed this medicine by a psychiatrist ? Or you want to take these medicines just by yourself. You need evaluation by a psychiatrist before taking any psychiatric medicine because some tests need to be done before starting quetiapine . And why escitalopram ?
Next Steps
please see a  psychiatrist or chat with one

Hi Sir Thanks for seeking help here. Well If your symptoms are well controlled with medication. I feel you should continue that. If you have a secondary depression which is very common in  schizophrenia, you should take escitalopram and do lot of behaviour measures.
Next Steps
Do regular exercise and maintain a proper activity schedule. if you still not achieved remission then you should do a treatment rationalization.
