Scary dark patches on penis and pain uri

I got scary dark patch over my middle portain of penis&painfull urination.1st hospital is sHowing i m havib 4th grade vericocele in lefttestical and right testical 2nd grade.Also urine test and microculture urine teat is showing high acetone++++, and now painfull urination occurs fro 2 days before.Also lump is coming only in night in left testical.Showing diabetes at just border 5.9 as a 5.8 is normal and 5.9 is slightly coming on first stage.And there is always constipation in my stomuch no dig
